All raw footage, motion data, and digital archives produced by Helpyouvideos remain the intellectual property of Helpyouvideos until full payment has been received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for internal compliance, safety analysis, and archival purposes. Helpyouvideos retains the right to use anonymized or aggregated data for service improvement and portfolio demonstration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Helpyouvideos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use of our services.
